ABOUT //

This In-Studio Measurements & Adjustments Check-In is a one-time check-in with Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach Stephanie Daratony IN HER STUDIO. This allows for the most accurate measurements and body statistics and will allow for more accurate plan adjustments customized to your body & rate of progress.  Check-ins range from 30-60 minutes depending on check-in content. Check-ins are recommended every 3-4 weeks to be sure you are achieving maximum results and to allow for customized plan adjustments so that your body does NOT hit a plateau

WHAT'S INCLUDED //

Most Accurate Measurements & Body Statistics: Working with Stephanie in-studio will give you the most accurate body statistics. This is because measurements can be done using skin-fold caliper testing, one of the most accurate ways to assess body-fat percentage and body composition, allowing the most accurate progress tracking with your trainer. 

Most Accurate Monthly Targets: With the most accurate body statistics this allows your trainer to identify areas to focus on next, assess the overall development of muscle groups and stubborn areas, and outline realistic monthly targets, and identify realistic next steps for you to follow.

Customized Nutrition Adjustments: Your trainer will make any necessary adjustments to your nutrition - such as macronutrient adjustments, nutrient timing, caloric thresholds, and supplement changes based on your body's progress.

Customized Fitness Adjustments: Your trainer will make any necessary adjustments to your fitness plan. This includes - strength training split, cardio breakdown, overall duration, intensity, exercise adjustments, etc. based on your body and your progress. 

Trainer Access: These check-ins allow you to work directly with your trainer and allows your trainer to answer any questions you may have in regard to your plan and/or progress. 


PLEASE NOTE, THIS PLAN DOES NOT INCLUDE:

  • No trainer access once the check-in is complete.
  • No physical distribution of any materials.

Clients must have purchased a one-time or monthly plan to schedule an in-studio check-in with Stephanie. Check-ins will correspond with the plan the client purchased, for example - if the client purchased a one-time nutrition plan, the check-in will include progress evaluation & adjustments on solely nutrition, there will be no coaching on fitness.
