This Basic Nutrition & Fitness Maintenance Plan is designed for clients who have completed a plan by DARATONY FITNESS but are not sure how to maintain their new found body shape! The plan includes the basic nutrition structure & fitness breakdown women need to maintain their health & fitness results after they have completed a plan and are happy with their results! The plan is developed to allow for clients to begin incorporating some of their favorite foods back into their life without the post-diet rapid weight gain.

Select YES under "special nutrition requirements" for any nutrition adjustments such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, etc. Please note, there is a $30 up-charge for special nutrition adjustments.

Basic Maintenance Nutrition Plan: This basic maintenance nutrition plan details the general structure of your daily nutrition, including nutrient timing, quantities, macronutrient breakdown, and caloric distribution.  

Macro Substitutions Plan: A macro substitution plan to help you identify macronutrients, stay on track, and learn how to properly make substitutions into your nutrition plan.  

Basic  Maintenance Fitness Plan: This basic maintenance fitness plan details the breakdown of what your weekly fitness routine should look like, including strength training workout structure, cardio workout structure, timing, duration, intensity, calorie burn, etc. 

Easy-to-follow & Customizable Format: This basic nutrition & fitness plan is designed in a very easy-to-follow format which allows for you to customize the plan to you. The plan walks you through the basic structure and then teaches you how to make changes to your plan to better match your lifestyle, your daily schedule, and your goals.
