This Advanced Nutrition & Fitness Maintenance Plan is designed for clients how have completed a plan by DARATONY FITNESS but are not sure how to maintain their new found body shape! The plan includes everything you need to maintain your health & fitness results after you have completed a plan and are happy with your results. The plans are customized specifically to your body and are calculated based off your body statistics so that you can maintain your results while still enjoying your favorite foods. 

Select YES under "special nutrition requirements" for any nutrition adjustments such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, etc. Please note, there is a $30 up-charge for special nutrition adjustments.

Initial Maintenance Consultation: An initial one-on-one 30-minute consultation to gather all information for your customized nutrition & fitness maintenance plan. 

Initial Maintenance Review Session: A one-on-one 30-minute review session with your trainer to go over your customized plans.

Customized Maintenance Meal Plan: A customized meal plan calculated based off your body statistics to help maintain your results including nutrient timing, macro breakdown, quantities, and caloric distribution.

Macro Substitutions Plan: A macro substitution plan to help you identify macros, stay on track, and learn how to properly make substitutions into your meal plan.  

Maintenance Fitness Plan: A fitness plan designed specifically to help maintain your results and can be easily designed around your lifestyle and your schedule. The plan details the breakdown of what your weekly fitness routine should look like, including strength training workout structure, cardio workout structure, timing, duration, intensity, calorie burn, etc.

Supplement Guidance: Supplement guidance detailing the most important supplements, vitamins, and micronutrients the body needs to maintain your health and fitness results.

This is a one-time advanced maintenance plan that is gives you your nutrition and fitness structure that can be used indefinitely to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle and get your questions answered:

  • How do I maintain my weight loss or other fitness results? 
  • How should I be structuring my meals going forward?
  • Can I ever eat ice cream and pizza again?

  • No direct access to your trainer. 

  • No progress & accountability check-ins.

  • No nutrition coaching or adjustments to your plan based on progress.
