IN-STUDIO TRAINING REQUIREMENTS & DISCLAIMERS //

Below please find a list of requirements & disclaimers specific to the purchase of Studio Training: 

  • Please note, all in-studio personal training and group training DOES include full access to your trainer, plan adjustments, and supplement guidance. Clients who purchase in-studio personal training do not need to buy these items separately, as they are already included. Not all plans offered by Daratony Fitness include these items. 

  • Please note, there will be no coaching or plan adjustments from your trainer once the duration of your training is complete. If you would like additional accountability once your training is complete please refer to our monthly membership options.

  • Please note, clients are charged for a minimum of 4-weeks of training initially, and can then pay in 2 week or 4 week increments. Payment can be done in person via cash, check, card, or Venmo if preferred. There is a 3% upcharge for all credit card payments. 

  • Please note, payment is due on the day of the client's last paid session. Training times are not held for sessions that are unpaid. 

  • Please note, clients will be given a weekly fitness structure to follow going forward for both strength training and cardio after 16 weeks of customized workouts.

  • Please note, workouts for both strength training & cardio can be customized for the gym using gym equipment and machines, or for home using basic strength training equipment.

  • Please note, clients who choose gym workouts will need to already have a gym membership to a local gym to complete all workouts. Clients who choose home workouts will need the below equipment list to complete all workouts. The at-home equipment list is subject to change depending on the client's level of strength. Please contact Stephanie directly before purchasing any equipment for your workouts.

    • One pair of 5lb dumbbells

    • One pair of 10lb dumbbells

    • One 15lb dumbbell

  • Please note, all workouts for in-studio bikini competition training are developed for the gym setting. Clients will need to already have a gym membership to a local gym to complete all workouts outside of the studio. 

  • Please note, the minimum training time for bikini competition prep is 10 weeks, typically clients need 12 weeks to successfully prepare for their show. 

 

GENERAL POLICIES & FLOW FOR ALL TRAINING & PLANS //

Below please find a list of policies applicable to all items offered by Daratony Fitness: 

  • Your trainer requires all body statistics, photos, and waivers to be submitted and for the initial consultation or consultation sheet to be completed before any materials are developed or distributed or before any training sessions are scheduled either online or in-studio. If applicable, materials will be distributed within 7-10 days after the above items are completed or at the scheduled initial review session.  

  • All materials are distributed in 4-week increments to allow for any necessary adjustments to be made based on client’s progress and results. Client will receive their following 4 weeks of materials once the trainer receives updated body statistics and progress photos (only applicable to training or plans that allow for adjustments by the trainer). 

  • If applicable, all supplement guidance provided is solely there as guidance and is in no way required by any client nor is it necessary for client success. Please check with your doctor before beginning any new supplement regimen. By purchasing the plan, you understand that the supplement guidance provided are in no way prescribed, or mandatory and is specifically designed for women who are strength training on a regular basis.

  • There are no refunds once the client is charged for any item offered by Daratony Fitness, even if no materials have been distributed by the trainer or no sessions have been completed. All training, plans, and sessions that include one-on-one access to trainer or plan adjustments are valid for 90 days and can be started at any point before their expiration.

  • Clients who select ongoing training or monthly memberships are charged for the initial 2 or 3 months depending on the purchased item and will then be charged monthly via auto-pay after the initial 2 or 3 months are completed. Auto-pay will be billed at the beginning of each month. There are no refunds once charged, however the ongoing and/or membership options can be cancelled at any time after the initial 2 or 3 months to avoid future charges.

  • All workouts provided - including duration, weight recommendations, intensity, sets, reps, etc. - are only guidance. By purchasing ANY item, the client takes on full responsibility of their safety and well being.

  • Clients can decide on their own to take more rest days if desired or can substitute in additional workouts for fewer rest days on all fitness plans.
