Online private Fitness Training with Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach Stephanie Daratony. This online fitness training includes everything you need to keep your fitness on track – including a customized strength training plan, cardio progression plan, accountability & tracking, and direct access to your trainer. The plan is customized specifically to your body and is calculated based off your body statistics and overall fitness goals. Your trainer will work with you for the duration of training including progress check-ins and plan adjustments every 4 -5 weeks to be sure you stay on track.

WHATS INCLUDED //

Initial Fitness Consultation: An initial one-on-one 30-minute fitness consultation with your trainer to discuss goals & to gather all information for customized online training. 

Initial Online Training Review Session: A one-on-one 30-minute review session with your trainer to go over your customized plan and answer any questions. 

Customized Lift Plan: A customized lift plan including all strength training workouts for each week developed around your overall goals and strength training experience. Workouts can be customized for the gym or for home (please note, home workouts require basic equipment, see below for equipment list). 

Customized Cardio Progression Plan: A customized cardio progression plan developed based off your current activity and endurance level and progresses in type, duration, and intensity depending on your progress.

Progress & Accountability Check-Ins: 30-minute one-on-one progress & accountability check-ins with your trainer. These will be scheduled every 4-5 weeks to discuss your body statistics, your targets & progress, make any necessary fitness adjustments, and answer any questions you may have.

Direct Access to your Trainer: Full one-on-one access to your trainer via email throughout the duration of your online fitness training for added accountability, to discuss ongoing progress, and to ask any questions along the way. 


TRAINING OPTIONS & RATES:

Choose to work one-on-one with your trainer ongoing or for a specific duration. Online training is discounted the longer the training duration. 

  • 8 weeks is less than $34 per week.

  • 10 weeks is only $32 per week.

  • 12 weeks is only $30 per week.

  • 16 weeks is less than $30 per week.

  • Ongoing training is the lowest rate option at only $27 per week with one-on-one access to your trainer, progress check-ins, & adjustments on an ongoing basis.

  • How much cardio you should be doing each week. 

  • How you should be structuring your lifts & cardio, including type and intensity. 

  • How long your workouts should be & how many days a week.

  • How many calories you should be burning per workout. 

  • And what type of workouts produce maximum results.
