Online Sessions are 60-minute or 30-minute one-on-one online personal training sessions with Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach Stephanie Daratony. These online sessions are for clients who want to work out one-on-one with a certified personal trainer from the comfort of their home or home-gym. These online sessions do not include a customized nutrition plan, fitness plan, or any additional materials. Stephanie will take clients through full strength training workouts that will be customized to the client's body and will include necessary exercise adjustments around any injuries or limitations the client may have.

WHATS INCLUDED //

60-minute or 30-minute Online Sessions: One-on-one online personal training sessions via video conferencing with Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach Stephanie Daratony. In each session, Stephanie will take you through full strength training workouts. 

Form Instruction: Your trainer will take you through workouts while coaching you on technique and structure to achieve maximum fitness results - this includes coaching on correct body posture & movement, core stability, proper form, breathing technique, and muscle isolation. 

Maximize Results: Learn how to structure your strength training workouts to help you maximize your health & fitness results including workout breakdown and timing. 

Customized Workouts & Adjustments: Each session is customized to your body including any necessary exercise adjustments to help you work around any injuries or limitations you may have. For example, knee problems, back pain, etc. 


SESSION OPTIONS & RATES:

Clients can choose to purchase online sessions on a per-session basis or in packages. Sessions are discounted for increased sessions purchased.  Session rates are listed in the following order 30-min. sessions / 60-min. sessions.

  • 1 session is $65/$80 per session.

  • 5 sessions are $60/$75 per session.

  • 10 sessions are $55/$70 per session.

  • 15 sessions are $50/$65 per session.

SESSION DURATION: 

Clients can choose from 30-MINUTE SESSIONS or 60-MINUTE SESSIONS.

30-minute sessions generally more high intensity work due to shortened training time. 60-minute sessions allow for a better quality strength training workout with more teaching, instruction, and muscle group isolation.
