Online Learn to Lift Sessions are 60-minute one-on-one sessions with Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach Stephanie Daratony. These online sessions will walk you through the correct form of the major strength training exercises for each muscle group. These sessions are done via video conference from the comfort of your home or home-gym and include everything you need to properly complete your strength training workouts. Sessions will include instruction and guidance on how to properly lift as well as any exercise adjustments to better suit your body to work around any injuries or limitations you may have.

WHATS INCLUDED //

60-minute Learn to Lift sessions: One-on-one online video conferencing with Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach Stephanie Daratony in her training studio learning how to lift. These sessions can be completed from the comfort of your home or home-gym.

Lifting Instruction and guidance: How to properly lift, including correct body posture, correct body movement, core stability, proper form, breathing technique, and muscle isolation. 

Form Instruction: Learn proper form for the top strength training exercises for arms, legs, back, chest, and core. We will go over exercise form for each of these muscle groups. 

Maximize results: Learn how to structure your strength training workouts to help you maximize your health and fitness results including workout breakdown & timing. 

Customized Exercise Adjustments: Any necessary exercise adjustments tailored to your body to help you work around any injuries or limitations.


SESSION OPTIONS & RATES:

Clients can choose from one 60-minute session or a package of three 60-minute sessions.

One session will cover all material but will walk through less exercises for each muscle group. Three sessions will cover all material but will breakdown each session to two muscle groups per session, allowing more exercises for each muscle group and more detailed instruction. The three session package is offered at a discounted rate.

Sessions will include instruction and guidance on the following:

  • Correct lifting form. 

  • Correct body posture & movement. 

  • Correct muscle isolation.

  • Core stability & breathing technique.

  • Correct workout structure & timing.
